Diet in the office, why not?

Control weight is the same with mathematics lesson. To decrease it, we have to burn more calorie in the body.

Well, if you just sit all day long, almost never move your body, add by your hobby to eat snack, it will be difficult for you to burn the calorie in your body. Can you imagine what happen in the next 2-3 years? Well, to make that nightmare does not become reality, follow these following steps during your working hours.

1. Snacks
a lot of people like to eat snack while sit in front of the computer. If you one of them, be careful. It will better for you to bring fruits and vegetables plus chutney and tomato sauce from your house. It is suggested for you to not to p:ace it in the desk, but save it a place that you can not seen directly so that you do not tempted. If this strategy does not work, bring snack with proper portion.

2. Enough drinking
with eat healthy food, do not forget to drink water at least 8 glasses during you in the office. Place glass and the a bottle full with fresh mineral water on your desk.

3. Set your lunch
schedule your lunch time, you can eat some part of your lunch on 11.30, then around 3.00 o’clock in the afternoon, if you feel hungry, eat the rest. Schedule your lunch to avoid eat too much/. It will be better if you bring your lunch from home so that you can control the portion and know exactly the calorie consumed.

4. Limit the portion
by preparing your lunch portion, you can control the portion. You have to know portion for meals prepared. For example, 1 ones of meat is approximately as big as a thumb, pointed finger, and middle finger, 2 until 3 ones is approximately almost same with palm, and a cup of cereal or rice is approximately same with a lump of hand.

5. Move
move your body even just for a couple minutes. Stand up from your chair and move everytime you can do it. These are some advices.

- go for lunch in in a restaurant or canteen that is not too close from your office. Go by walking, do not drive your car.

- If you want to talk with your partner, rather than send an email or call, go to his desk nd talk directly.

- Park your car far from the office door

- schedule your time to go for sport likes you schedule appoinments with your client which means, you have to do it.

- place your dustbin far from your desk so that you have to walk to throw your garbage.

- Place your telephone far from your reach so that every time you have to answer a phone call, you can loosen muscle or even you have to stand to reach it.

6. Sport
move your body before you start and finish your job to balance your body which has less movement during you sit behind the desk. If your office is not too far from your house, it will be better for you to walk for go to the office and go home. If it can be done, rather than waste your time because of traffic jam, go fitness after working hours. In the same time you finish fitness, the traffic jam is over and you can arrive at home in the same time.

7. Ask your partner to do diet with you
by doing this, you can support each other during working hours, together have healthy food in lunch, do sport together in a free time or after working hours.
- You can try to make a group of sport or gym. Who knows that the company will not mind to let one of its room used for gym and provide its tool, like dumber,
