1. Eat snacks.
The biggest risk from it is the increasing of obesity and triglyceride in the blood. When body has over sugar consumption, naturally it will be changed into fat or triglyceride. Continually, it will increase coroner heart disease potency.
2. Smoke.
Nicotine in cigarette is carcinogen, inside the body it will increase cancer risk. Beside that, nicotine pushes antioxidant so that body’s ability to against cancer decreases. Mostly, the effect from smoking is annually obstruction lung disease. Basically, after smoke for 10-15 years, there will be any stricture in our breath circulation, signed by decreased stamina when we have heavy activity.
3. Alcoholic.
Negative effect from consuming alcohol for 3-5 years can cause alcohol liver disease or damage on heart organ. It is caused by ethanol effect (alcohol) that makes the work of liver harder. It is also caused by disturbance of vitamin B1 and folat acid absorption. And if it is consumed by inflamed stomach patient (gastritis) or duodenum, can cause big bleeding (hematonesis). It also can break esophagus membrane, until esophagus cancer, in withdrawal syndrome case, it can add by nerve disturbance and extremity like neuropathy, miopati, and chiropractic.
4. Insomnia.
The direct effect from the decreasing of quality and quantity of sleeping related with someone’s concentration ability and stamina. When sleep, some metabolism processes also happen such as glikogenesis and glikonogenesis process, include some hormone like melatonin, kortisol, and serotonin that take care on body function.
5. Coffee addicted.
Basically, drink coffee does not caused any effect. But, it can increase the metabolic rate. If there is any heartache history, atrimia, caffeine hypersensitive, and hipertiroid, it will not cause heart too over to beat. If you drink coffee balance with another in take liquid water but coffee in a proper amount, it will not make your kidney lacks of liquid water.
