Feel that it is difficult to change your bored daily habits? Do not worry, there are 5 easy steps that you can do to make your life more beautiful and varieties.
1. Habit identification
if you want to out from bad habits, make sure that you have the replacement attitude and it has to be specific. “I want to be healthy!”, is not a new habit. “I want to walk 30minutes, 3 times a week”, well, that is specific and can be achieved.
2. Motivation identification
you must have your own reason to change your attitude. So, increase the passion to change. Make sure that it comes from you and not because you want to make other person happy.
3. Specific target
Ask yourself, what specific things that you want to achieve. Want to go to fitness center to socialize, loose your weight, decrease blood pressure, or to be ageless? Take a look how this new habit takes a benefit in your life, affect on your couple, kids, jobs, incomes, social contact, and physical health. Write also the advantage achieved. The more you ask yourself, the easier for you to run it. Keep write on it until you can not imagine anymore life without this new habit.
4. Consequences test
write all ways that can have negative effects if you do not change your habit. Consider on all area in your life, both physically and mentally.
5. Do it!
do this new habit at least for 21 days. Research proves that at least you need at least 3 weeks to develop new habit, write back your list twice a day. Keep add the list every time you realize about new benefit and consequences.
By research on that list, it will affect on the number of comforts and suffers connected with your old habits. All benefits and consequences written will close to your mind fast and change your habit. You will start to see that this new habits have effect in all area of your life.
Create a new habit is not easy, except you have a strong and meaningful reason. If you can not change your habit specifically, what you want to implicate may have no important reason why it has to be changed.
