1. TAKE A BREATH
when emotion is burnt and the crown of your head feels hot because you hold your anger, you can not think clearly and wisely. Take a deep breath and with a right way will be pretty difficult. But even so, you still can use breath as a technique to calm yourself down. Like what experts say, if there is common sense in your mind, let it runs. Which is, concentrate yourself to the breath. Just for a minute, concentrate your mind and take a breath slower than before your emotion get on the top. Well, this is the time you can forget your anger for a while and your breathe way becomes slower. Automatically, your anger level decreases 1-2 levels.
2. GO
If it is possible, change the atmosphere. Find other quiet place where you can forget all the problems so that you can also forget your previous anger. Place and atmosphere can change your anger without you have to talk or do something. There will be no yell, abuse, flying things because the change of place and atmosphere can be easily shift your mind and emotion.
3. LAUGH
To replace frustration, laugh. It will bring positive effect to your anger and situation which fir that time is not general. Based on experts, one way to solve 101 stress problems is by laughing. Laugh neutralize anger, change view, and help to solve previous problems. If you laugh a lot, stress will disappear automatically.
4. EAT SWEETS
Take a chocolate and eat it soon. Sugars will give effect to calm your emotion down fast. Actually, it is psychological factor than science. But however, it has advantage. If you do not want to eat chocolate because you are afraid to have over calories, you can replace it with eat fruits, or drink strawberry juice or other juices. The important is, there is “something” as a shifted form that can calm your down.
5. CALM NERVE
when you enjoy sugar or something that is sweet prepares tea that calms your nerve. Tea with floweriest aroma is proven can decrease stress, like chamomile tea.
